The Fabulous Ibiza Restaurant Lounge

Great discovery for a wedding rehearsal dinner, night out with the new in-laws, bridal shower and more. Last Friday night, my husband and I enjoyed every minute of the last few hours of our anniversary at the Ibiza Restaurant Lounge. It was wonderful.

The bold Executive Chef Rita Benjelloun incorporates her life experiences from Sevilla, Spain and Morocco and it captures you once you walk through the door. Oh and not forgetting the staff…..I give them 2 thumbs up. Apart from the tantalizing cuisine, two other great attractions the Ibiza Restaurant offers their clientele is the nightly belly dancing performances and the wonderful relaxation of the hookah pipe smoking of apple, mango and more. (I know it sounds funny but it’s awesome).

Wedding Anniversaries

I love weddings that's why I'm in the wedding business, but I love wedding anniversaries more. The text book meaning of a wedding anniversary as per Wikipedia is "A wedding anniversary is the anniversary of the date on which a wedding took place. Other people might give the couple gifts appropriate for the year of their anniversary. "

But to me its more than that. Its the remembrance of your love, the many loving reasons why you are married to your partner. Why you became one in mind, spirit and heart. Love is truly a blessing and so is marriage.

Now some may feel that a 1st, 2nd or 3rd wedding anniversary is not as important as the 5th, 10th or 20th. The truth is each year of marriage is an important milestone and should be considered as a step forward in your life together.
